About the Position
The Equity is seeking Season Agronomy Operations personnel. These positions are currently available at all locations. Seasonal Agronomy Operations personnel is responsible for the mixing, blending, and pumping of products including ag chemicals, fertilizers, and anhydrous ammonia while helping with equipment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Leadership Characteristics
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to function with minimum supervision
- Demonstrates the ability to interact effectively with management and customers
- Has a self-motivating personality as well as team-building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all established personnel and safety policies and procedures.
- Mixes ag chemicals, blends fertilizer, and pumps anhydrous ammonia
- Works on equipment as directed
- Responsible for the daily maintenance of equipment
- Helps customers in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner
Work Environment
The nature of the business requires extended hours. While performing the duties of the job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical equipment and in outside weather conditions. Exposure to fumes or dust, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibrations is possible. Noise level in work environment is usually loud.
Travel
The employee may be required to travel to other facilities in The Equity trade area.
