We offer account options and payment programs for residential, business and agricultural customers designed to fit the way you like to do business. Programs include monthly line of credit, GO LEVEL PAY for residential propane, and prepaid and fixed-price energy contracts.
Payment options
We offer several convenient pay options, including cash or check, monthly automatic bank account debit (ACH), e-check through My Account, and VISA, Mastercard and Discover credit cards*.
You have the flexibility to make payments online at your convenience through our My Account portal, The Equity Farm & Home Store, or any one of our 17 Illinois locations.
* Credit card transactions are subject to a 3.0% fee.

An account with The Equity provides you access to convenient payment programs, flexible payment options and historical records of your purchases.
Once approved for an account, you may use it to purchase from our self-serve fuel pumps, The Equity Farm & Home Store, bulk propane, feed, agronomy inputs and more.

My Account
My Account is a live customer portal providing The Equity’s customers access to real-time account management. My Account gives customers the ability to pay online via e-check or credit card. You can view your statements, invoices, and product purchase history. Grain customers have expanded features including live scale tickets, assemblies, settlement detail, viewing contracts, and even signing grain contracts from the portal or app. Agronomy customers can view field maps, soil tests, field activity, automatically receive email notifications when a field application is completed, and so much more! |

GO LEVEL PAY
Residential propane customers may enroll in our GO LEVEL PAY for home heating after your credit application has been approved. This program spreads your propane costs throughout the year, rather than concentrating costs in one short window during the winter months. |
